One of the aspects of life that we overtly recognise when we have anAgileMind is change. Change is emotionally challenging because we are recognising that things will be different tomorrow. This may involve us in loss of things we value today. There is always uncertainty about what we will gain tomorrow. Stress, reduced effectiveness and changed behaviour are typical responses when we experience change.
The team shares its plans openly as a matter of routine. Sharing occurs in the context of open team events, but also in the context of making its plans available to any stakeholder. Plans include immediate delivery work plans, the backlog of future work and the Product Roadmap. The use of information radiators is a natural part of the teams culture and working practice.

To understand our progress effectively we need to ensure that the status of our backlog items accurately reflects the progress that is made. Accurate status updates allow us to gather effective metrics about our work performance as a team. This data supports activity by the team to inspect and adapt, improving its way of working.
